About Us
We are a husband and wife team, both licensed Realtors in Virginia. We provide concierge real estate services, specializing in Lake Anna and surrounding counties, as well as referral services for our clients moving to or from Virginia.
We have 40 years of experience buying, building, and renovating commercial and residential properties.
7 years ago Fiona retired from her 25-year career as a Paramedic first responder for the City of Alexandria. Allen retired from his 40+ career building and renovating commercial and residential properties in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C, Stafford, and Louisa. Allen holds Master Electrical, Master Plumbing and Master HVAC licenses. We also designed, built and constructed our last two homes.
We both grew up in Northern Virginia, and gradually made our way to Lake Anna. We spent many summer weekends at a family home at Lake Anna teaching our 4 daughters to swim and ski. We all enjoyed fun in the sun with our extended family. So after wrapping up our careers that had us commuting North it was natural for us settle at the lake doing things that we love to do!
